What we collect
We only collect what we need in order to quote for and carry out work:
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, city and the description of the work you need, submitted through a form on this site or sent to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Basic technical information — your device type, browser and the pages you viewed, collected automatically in standard web server logs.
We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we use it
- To call or message you back about the enquiry you submitted
- To arrange and carry out a site inspection
- To prepare and send a quotation, and to complete the work if you accept it
- To respond to questions, warranty claims or service requests afterwards
- To keep basic business records as required by law
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
WhatsApp and phone calls
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, which we do not control. We use WhatsApp only to discuss your enquiry, share photographs of the work and send quotations. We do not use it to broadcast promotional messages.

Who else sees your information
Your enquiry is handled by our own team. Information may be processed by our web hosting provider as part of delivering the website and email, and, where you have contacted us through it, by WhatsApp. We do not share your details with anyone else except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as the warranty is live and as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your details entirely. Email support@perfectbirdnetsolutions.com or call +91 7631 270 130 and we will action it. If you no longer want to be contacted about an enquiry, tell us and we will stop.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enquiry details are sent to our own email address rather than stored in a public database. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not retain more than we need, which is the most effective protection available.

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
